  Maintenance office at khobar-Dammam highway is the worst ever, they are commercial oriented rather than serving your car problem, you have to ask them please when I can get my car! But when my car was under warranty and in order not to give you a replacement car, they will call you 100 times and ask come get your car its magically finished. United motors, get high with your service and stop acting as smart ***.

  My car was under warranty and they fixed issues without any arguments. They give alternative car (same to my car) if resolution time lasts for more than 48 hours. Also, appointments are not too far. They follow Ministry of Commerce rules.
