  A great hotel in a perfect location. This enormous hotel is well placed wit views of the Haram (if you are lucky enough to have a front facing room). The hotel is very popular and as such is always busy like most of the other hotels. The elevators can sometime s be very busy especially at meal times and also at prayer times. The breakfasts are outstanding and certainly worth attending, the food is great and the selection vast.

  The hotel location is great and few good restaurants to eat in, bin dawood supermarket in the hotel and quiet a few shops. If you are coming in the car parking is not free SAR5 /hour. The room was good with fridge, TV and safe. The toilet was the only issue with awkward design and difficult to get in. It depends on the room, we had the classic king room.

  Excellent Hotel and excellent service too! For past 4 years I've always picked Movenpick. Staff is pleasant,breakfast is excellent and the cuisine selection is top class!

  My family and I loved our stay at this hotel. We were most impressed by how the hotel management received us and checked us in so quickly. We flew in at 3 AM, so needless to say we were all exhausted but the check in process was painless. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the management is helpful and friendly, and the service was remarkable; we really felt welcome and at home here. There is a variety of delicious foods at breakfast and the walk to the Masjid is less than a minute. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Madinah. We were so happy to be in this city and our experience at the hotel made our stay even more pleasant.

  Did not find the hotel appealing one bit in all honesty. Hotel is rather old; the decor and even the smell is quite telling of that fact. I feel compelled to use words such as old, dingy and uncomfortable. Tried to spend as the least amount of time in the hotel as possible. Would recommend others to avoid and find a better hotel. Breakfast buffet wasn't great, it was the exact same items every morning and most of which will leave you with a foul taste in the mouth. Beds didn't feel very clean and call me a snob, but I like a bathroom which is somewhat a pleasant place to be in however it was far from it. Would plead you to spend a little more money and get a better hotel. Not worth saving a little money to have a horrific experience.
