  3 star hotel Rooms are small Very near to masjid an nabawi Cheaper than the hotels near by Housekeeping is not up to mark

  The worst reservation management I have ever seen. They could easily cancel your reservation with the ready-to-use excuse, your visa card was not accessible! Only a few hours from my visit! I don't recommend it by any means.

  Broken flush, Ac control was not working Room service never answer call Maintenance never answer call Though location is perfect

  It takes just 5 minutes walk to entering Gate 16 or 17 of Masjid Nabawi. There is rounded piazza near the hotel which many pigeons often hanged out, it'll makes you in hurry to capture instagenic shoots. For me who was travelling in group, it's very quick handling on the restaurant so make us easy to find clean table after others used it.

  NIce for online booking but i did not like the service and response from the staff. Not satisfactory. Can avail only if you have no other good option.
