  I ordered a Hyundai Accent from a Mr Subhi a few days ago to be delivered to my compound today at 0900. It was a two day car hire. They completely forgot about me! Goodbye Avis. I won't be using you again.

  The hours posted on Google are not accurate. I went to drop off the car at 10:00 since they’re open till 10:30 only to find out that they already closed at 6:00 with a modified printed out sign the front page. Unreliable.

  A good rental place. You cannpark before the office in an empty lot. Be carefull with entrance and exit as it is the same and on a motorway. They re-located counter to be at the back. They offered to drive the car to my home so i can leave my car there!

  Mr Qamar and Mr Fabin, both officers were very cooperative. I left Avis car at Madinah airport open parking as I was about to miss my flight and I reached Dammam. Since they don't have branch at Madinah airport, they helped me by asking madinah city branch to fetch the car from airport. Hats off to them. Thank you avis.
