  First of all I am a Caterpillar loyal customer, starting from buying shoes, jeans , belts, wallets, T-shirts and lately I bought a watch last month and after 3 weeks the band got damaged because of normal use and when I asked them in the shop to repair it took 3 weeks to tell me that the warranty doesn't cover the band and that I should pay attention to that before I buy it, then he said I should pay 70 SAR to change the band ( same quality) which means I have to pay 70 SAR every few weeks because of the bad quality band leather, i asked them to replace with metal band watch they not possible, OK please I want to return and not buying anymore from your shop anything and they just kept saying no. Very bad to treat customers this way you lost one and have a bad reputation.

  They have great choices of products but always lack sizes for some of them but they sometimes give you the option to select what you want and what size you need and they'll bring it within a week or so so it is not about not having the product it is just they either finish or they don't bring enough of each individual thing but overall great place especially for those who work in a building environment and need safety wearables and shoes.
