::Dallah Taibah Hotel is a fantastic place and I have been visiting it for three years in a row now. There are two basements floors for parking and we had to wait only two minutes to check-in. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping was always available, ready to assist us. The bedrooms were spacious and we had no troubles. The concierge was swift in both checking in and checking out. The hotel is close to the female entrance of the Masjid and barely a two minute walk. There is a supermarket opposite to it, with a fast food restaurant as well. Overall we were extremely satisfied.
Bargain Car Rental
::I am a loyal customer since three years because I appreciate the emphasis on value and excellent service, yet a recent episode at the hotel has made me question my loyalty. We are a couple with a three year old toddler. We stayed at the hotel for three nights. During the stay, (unfortunately) my son got hold of a permanent marker in the room and scribbled on small portions of the duvet and pillow cover and a small area of the wallpaper. Undeniably, we were accountable for our son’s action, and were ready to pay for the compensation as well, upon which we were fined 500 riyals for the wallpaper replacement and 175 riyals for the duvet and pillow. We pleaded to the manager to lessen it a bit as 675 riyals was a big amount for us to pay, but the manager was less than willing to negotiate. It was very distressing for us at the checkout time when we were stopped and this amount was added on the bill while we pleaded for some discount. Very unkind behaviour of the whole management. Felt completely devalued.

::Welcome area is nice and quite. Good snacking options. Got an early check in. Got served fruits and kehwa. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Plenty of elevators no need to wait. Got basement parking a big plus for hotel. The best thing about property is the location nothing can beat that.
