  the people who work in the reception area are unprofessional except that guy alkathiri i think his last name.. he was very kind and helped me a lot and was polite the other short guy is very annoying.. don't know his name he made fun of me and i have social anxiety i don't even know him that guy just sucks, and that stupid girl was playing with her phone while i was asking her a question she didn't even look to me while answering and answered me in a mean tone...... as for the doctors so far so good especially dr. Mona ashoor an ear, nose throat doctor and there was that other internal doctor forgot his name tbh but he was pretty good too .. he gave me the time to understand and explained everything

  With all due respect to the doctors inside the clinic, i will give 1 star and not recommend it to my peers and those who are reading my review...my advice is to treat yourselves elsewhere. It's my first time visiting this clinic, I had a particular unprofessional experience with Doctor Abdullah Al-Othman.....it's Ramadan month and everyone is fasting, my appointment time was 11.30 and I even showed up 11.15 , they took my blood pressure and age....etc and waited in the waiting room, the clock is 12.10 and still no one called me in , I checked with the reception and it seems the doctor is not even in yet! , the excuse was "he probably had surgery" , to me I would forgive the wait since he is treating a patient however that was not the case! , Doctor Abdullah was apparently relaxing at home because his usual click time starts at 12 and not 11.30!? Now let's overlook the fact that you are a professional educated doctor and you should have the basic "time management" skill and overlook as well the 10 minute late showing up at 12.10.....but! Not apologizing for being late after seeing you it just tells me something, saying "sorry for being late" is a common expression you saying whether it's personal or professional situation . In the end I walked out from the clinic at 1.05. Now that being said, in terms of practice Doctor Abdullah did his job well.

  عيادات خاصة شغالة بالمزاج و بلا نظام. تأخير دايم في المواعيد و انتظار بالساعات الاسوأ هو ان الدكتور يعطيك موعد للمراجعه بعد عمل الفحوصات ثم تكتشف ان الدكتور لن يداوم الا بعد اشهر اسعار مبالغ فيها و قد تصل قيمة الكشف الى 1000 ريال سعودي في بعض العيادات بعد انتظار يصل لاشهر ايضا مع هذا اعتقد ان الكادر الطبي ليس سيء و ما يعيب العيادات هو عدم وجود نظام ملزم للاطباء نظرا لانشغالهم في اماكن و مواعيد اخرى
