::Pros: Wide selection of electronics and appliances. Good selection on laptops and cell phones. Cons: poor selection of video games, softwares, desktop computers, digital cameras, computing & networking accessories. While there is a good selection on TVs sadly the staff is completely incompetent regarding the actual specs and differences in models. I have found that I can get better prices, service, warranty when buying TVs from their official brand retailer. In general their staff is below average in term of technical knowledge. Extra is good when you know exactly what you want, walk in grab it and walk out.
