  It is good generally but the delivery service is not good and the customer service doesn't answer the complaint.

  Nice place to buy electronics. Prices are great during the promotions but rather expensive normally

  Prices are high, customer service sucks and the quality of service is horrible. You basically have to yell and make an issue for them to care. I bought an AC unit which was installed incorrectly by technicians who had no clue what they were doing and as a result the fan broke 2 hours after installation. It took a week to get them to come back and replace the unit with a new one, and that happened only after I made an issue about it. Serious disappointment
