  Most busiest Fawari Branch in Dammam. Too much rush. Friday fully crowded. Need to increase the strength of the manpower specially on Friday.

  I wish I had NO stars to choose!!Worse than Worst. Holded money for 2 weeks and didn't stand on their commitment of delivering money in 3-4 business days. When asked, they just negotiated saying "Your Transaction is ungoing review from the account security team. ITS ALSO A NONSENSE speaking to the customer care people, because they doesn't really care about the customer and just make customer wait Longer and longer .I was a customer with Fawri for more than a year and transfer more than $15k. All the sudden they started asking documentation and cancel my transactions and disable my account. Is this how you treat your customer??? Absolutely, no customer support and respect and no willingness to resolve the issue. I was shock with their behavior and rudeness towards the customer. I won't recommend to anyone. Save your time and respect and go somewhere else where you are treated as customer. Now we have many services which give the similar transfer rate, so its up to you to wait till issue arise to see real face of Fawri. The worst employees and system Choose other places better ,Staff not cooperative, so crowded and people so slow. Concerns should take actions for improvement PLEASE DO NOT USE Fawri For any foreign transactions.
