  Its NOT a single star hotel. I got the room at 5:30 pm when i checked in. Room is not like the picture presented at Agoda. I booked a room for two but they gave me a three bed room. Space wasn't sufficient so the almirah was placed in front of the window which blocked all the air and light. I asked them to remove third bed but they refused. Taps were leaking and the exhaust wasn't good so there was smell in the room and to make it worse there was no fresh air because of blocked window. There is no sound proofing at all. If you have noisy neighbours, i guarantee that you can't sleep. The Bangladeshi housekeeping staff are unaware of the basic concepts of hygiene. Lobbies are dirty and smelly. Wi fi never works. Even if you are getting full signals it won't work. The only advantage is location which is very near and price. And there quad and quint rooms are quite big as compared to triple room. They were very prompt in checking you out. They won't give a single extra minute to you. Overall as the name suggests if you wish to find comfort in this hotel its a MIRAGE. You will find a desert when you reach there.

  Stayed May 26-30. (The not so nice) Check in took 30min as we were asked to sit and wait at front reception until their systems were back up. Cockroaches in my brothers and parents rooms. WiFi very unstable and did not work well at all. Bathrooms very very small. (The nice) Great location as it's Very close to Al Haram as well as the market. Price point was very attractive when compared to other hotels during our selected days. Unfortunately we Will not return to this hotel again. Good Luck.

  good staff, good hotel, near by haram, there is money exchange next to the hotel, the interior is good, the rooms also good, the only one i don't like is just the bathroom, because the choice for the bathroom floor colour is make the bathroom look dirty, even it didn't, the bathroom also small, but over all it was a good choice for staying here, and one more minus for this hotel is there is no parking area, please consider for functioning your parking area, as I saw there is one in the back of hotel,,,

  Cool hotel. Close to Masjid-e-Nabwi. Great staff.

  Good Hotel .... Good staffs ... Good behaviour.... And great service... After all nearby Al-Haram... Cheap price and clean rooms 😍
