  Better call their call Center before visiting Because the timings in the website are not updated. Tip Once you receive the message for passport collection better not visit the same day as most of the time the passport is not ready Better visit the next day for collection after receiving the message

  Finding a parking spot was difficult. Once I entered, to get the token it was a mess. It was crowded and unorganized. The official handing the tokens was mannerless and rude! However once I received the token and entered the next hall, situation improved. Turn come as per the token number and easily the application was submitted.
