::Such a Poor customer service, Management has no respect for the guests.We stayed there for 4 nights in Ramadan. No room service for children coz they closed their kitchen which is disgraceful. They should keep in mind that young children dont fast and needs the Food. Furthermore, When we checked in they didn't provide us with the Tags to enter in restaurant for sahoor which was inc in our package. We were in restaurant for 3 days without Tags and no one ask for it. 4th day they stop us to get in and tried to take the plate from my auntie hands and didn't let her have the food until i intervine. It was their responsibility to provide us with the TAGS not ours. We were unaware of that any way. Food Hall Manager was a RUDE and unrespectful person and should have been other place to work on instead of in Hotel. DONT EVER TRY TO STAY OR BOOK THIS HOTEL, AVOID IT IF YOU CAN!!!!

::Their restaurant name is paradise restaurant. When the first time i went their it really was paradise for food. It really worth your money . About the , it really is delicious especially the lamb it was cook well done . Except for the small macaroni and potatoes , anything else is perfect.

::Positive sides: near to Al-Haram, luxurious & clean, and nice workers and reciptionists. The food court is very good. Negative sides: A little bit expensive. Poor internal services such as laundary, saloon, or restaurants. They don’t response to call from the room many times Recommended only for one night. No longer than that.

::Visited my brother at these hotel. these guys charged my brother extra for using the beds below the main bed. Gave some space for the kids. Charged him extra . Being in makkah and during month of Ramadan this hotel is squeezing their customers and will not recommend to anyone . Dont let the cleaners inside they may take video and photos of the room and takeover your privacy. I dont think its professional for cleaners to be spies in a customers room. They just need to do what they are meant to do.
