  Nice hotel, includes many items like electronic stove and electric kettle. Toilet is clean and on call cleaning, carpet was bit smelly while praying. Staff was great and Very courtious and helping. Few disadvantages, bit far from Haram but still walking distance, no visual to haram but live broadcast on TV always there. Nevertheless the price of room is reasonable for staying only when need rest after visiting haram.

  Location Good! Parking not at all! Reception good people! Room too small and congested. Internet not working! Wouldn't recommend!

  Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. There was electric stove and kettle for usage but no water or any other thing tp drink eat was included like tea, snacks etc. The hotel is not at main street, so approaching via car is usually quite difficult.

  Terrible place to stay. NEVER RECOMMENDED. Booked this hotel due to high ratings on Booking dot Com they are All fake got by begging guests. Overall 4 staff on rotation managing the entire hotel and the reception staff and friendly, polite keep requesting for positive feedback. Negatives 1) no access for Car to reach this hotel have to stop in a main road and someone needs to carry the luggage via old staircase. 2) New but not clean hotel. 3) Bathroom stinks due to sewer lines problem, clogged toilets and wash basin. Their fix is to spray a room spray. 4) Rooms full of house flies 5) dirty unclean carpets 6) Rusted water kettle with dirty glasses 7) No scheduled house keep have to keep reminding 8) They have hired all staff with no hotel management experience basically run by bunch of helpers. Positives 1) new building but very badly maintained 2) polite helpless reception staff.
