  Awesome place five minutes walk to Prophet's mosque. The minor complaints you might read or observe at first look will be alleviated when you get to look around/ talk about other hotels at both Madina and Makkah

  Alhamdullilah, one of the great hotel in jeddah. Come in early at 4am and was greeted with friendly and helpful front staff that assist us with the baggage and necessary. The check in transaction was very rapid and great. The room is very comfortable and all the accessories item like hairdryer, Dry cleaner, iron and the iron board is all available in the rooms Itself.I had all my meals consume in the hotel, the meals was magnificent. Street Market is also located just opposite the hotel and food places around the areas..

  One of the best hotels in Medina, lovely clean spacious rooms, very good breakfast the staff here are so welcoming and friendly have stayed here many times and will recommend to all family and friends also close distance to the mosque

  For me it was an excellent service. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. If you are expecting check in before 4pm then its not going to happen. Also had a breakfast..it was excellent Fresh eggs variety and waffles Highly recommended

  Not Happy at all, I stayed there for 5 nights and from the day first I complained about the beds that totally worn out, and each time I was assured that the matter would be taken care off but nothing happened. on the final day I cached on of the duty manager who I complained on the day first and reminded him about my complained and he showed a surprised face and assured me that at least for one night they will change the beds for me. you know what they did, they turned the mattresses upside down and put the bedding back on to make us feel that new mattress had been placed. I am going to up load a youtube video soon which I made to show people about the quality and customer service they are providing. I will never stay this hotel again. I have already informed the tour operator about it. we are planing again to come with family but definitely will stay some other hotel,
