  This hotel is very near to Masjid Al Haram specially for ladies. Rooms are spacious and neat and clean. Recommended.

  Food was too good.. room service and wifi was not that much good but it is okay.. most importantly it was very near to masjid..

  Within few minutes walking distance from Haram Shareef. Good services. Neat and big rooms.

  One of my unpleasant experiences. The rooms shown at the time of booking was different from what we got. The staff was extremely unmotivated and the least friendly i have ever seen. The room service was also extremely slow. Nonetheless the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. A lot needs to be changed about the attitude of front desk staff.
