  Lived here for a year. I’ve been back to visit many times recently and seen some big improvements. Villas are huge, bright and airy. Downside is that there are dated appliances and terrible electrical sockets (American sockets with 110 and 220). Good facilities. Would recommend highly. Not quite at Al Bustan or Al Nakhla level but only just below.

  One of the best place in Riyadh by far. The safety is outstandin, the facilities are awesome, the people are great! Highly recommended.🖒🖒🖒

  If you are trying to look for a place to live in Saudi Arabia, come here! I lived in Villa - 17! Here are the dates: 1st: August 11, 2015 - November 30, 2015 2nd: February 12, 2016 - June 16, 2016 I had the best time of my life so far!
