::If here was negative star I could give to them. This is not hotel. It is hostel or motel would describe them more accurate. The rooms are small which fine. But the beds are uncomfortable. There is no plug to charger your mobiles. There is one plug and you either have your fridge plug or charge your mobiles. Each room has 3 beds . There is no Laundry Services. There is one located around the corner No Restaurant either. 30 mins walk to Masjid Haram if you are walking in fast pace. If you are elders make longer or slow walking. Elevator after isha will take you half an hour to get on. If you don't like smoking cigarette this is it hotel for you. The staff smoke more the guests. In the hotel and on the corridor any where basically There are two staff you deal with. One with hotel and other with company called Azowar Co. For Umrah Services they are incharge giving your assign room. The Staff of Azowar Co. Make the hotel experience worse for you. Think of worse customer service you've received. I'll bet they are the worst. Word Hospitality and customers services does not exist. They are unprofessiona,l rude, disrespectful to all their customers. You don't feel like you paid service to get some decency services. Staff Behavior toward their customer is unbelievable. I saw young staff maybe early 20s dealing with elderly man disrespect. I was in state of Ihram. I was soo closed to breaking. Depending your nationality they'll deal with you. My first night checking in there was issues with how the agency I booked the hotel with made. I paid for 2 room suits. Instead of solving the problem like you expected half decent customer service. Staff named Jafar was dealing with me. Rude, obnoxious entitled individual. He was yelling and refusing services. I refuse to take other then what I paid for. There was another tall black man. I wish I knew his name worse staff of them all Don't expected professionalism. Staff act like in their home. Feets on the table. Talking about you in another language. If I knew where to report them, I could. On the other hand the staff of Land Premium They try to ignore you even though they understand what you. And getting answer from will take you longer. However they are the friendly then staff of Azowar Co. For Umrah Services Don't stay Land Premium Hotels and If you are travel agency dealing with Azowar Co. For Umrah Services don't for the sake customers. My package includes someone showing around the holy places like mount Arafat and all the historical places. Unfortunately I didn't see any of it in Makkah and at least I've paid my own in Madina

::Not bad really but the service isn't great. However, judging from the cost, not so bad. It's also abit far to Haram and the Wi-Fi will only work at the reception. The third floor where I was lodged stinks, other floors are manageable. There is usually two Nigerian food vendors in the afternoon.

::Nice Hotel... More than 15 min of walk from Haram... They charges me SR. 120 forgot one extra night... Overall a good experience..
