One of the worst places I've ever stayed in. Old hotel with countless flaws. I don't know how the Marriott Int is agreeing to keep this place under their name. Does not deserve more than a 2 stars rating and with the rude attitude of the staff it is dragged to one star. I don't encourage anyone to come here.

Marriott Madinah is a 15 year old hotel that is crying for a renovation. The service is not up to the mark, needs improvement, its not as good as the makkah marriot The shuttle service to masjid al nabwi is really bad The drivers are extremely lazy. Overall experience wasn't good. People should try other Hotels if possible.

Decent hotel, only 5 min walk to main mosque, but more 4 star than 5 star

Spacious rooms and clean. Water pressure problem that you would suffer during a shower. Very polite staff specially restaurant and housekeeping

To start: BEWARE. ROOM 204 had BEDBUGS and we didn’t realize until our 2/3 night there. Nothing was done about it by the staff and it was really REALLY inconvenient to pack our suitcases in a way to ensure we don’t take bed bugs to our hotel in Makkah and Egypt, or WORSE, back home to Toronto. It was a nightmare to deal with my husband and my bites while preparing for our our next destination in Makkah. The price of this place was too expensive compared to its service and location. It was a bit of a walk to the masjid, making it difficult during the day, where the sun is scorching hot. The service is super slow; if you call the front desk for something don’t expect someone at your door until 30-40 minutes later. Sometimes you have to call again to remind them because they just don’t show up. The breakfast was nice and the staff at the restaurant were really friendly. The hotel is really old, they’re stuff is outdated, and it doesn’t live up to the Marriott brand.
