  Cooperative staff although they might not allow you for early check-in, Cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms was very satisfying, Elevators are less crowdy in comparison with other hotels near to Masjid Nabawi. 5-10 mins walk from Masjid Nabawi. Surrounded by Asian and Turkish restaurants.

  The staff is very helpful and parking available in basement if vacant...

  Room and bathroom were clean and elegantly set. Water bottles and some tea bags were complementary amd were placed inside the room with electric kettle. Only issue was that warm wasn't available at the time a stayed but I had a little time to just stay overnight, so I didn't bother to ask the management regarding this.
