  Nice and clean place, very high quality cars, different kinds, friendly staff, very good service, parking is available, you can request your own requirements, demo cars can be provided.

  Car maintenance: It takes hours for someone to answers the phone. When they do answer, the operator tries to avoid giving you appointment for regular service. In addition, when you visit the center with or without appointment they will have to wait for almost 30 minutes before they get to receive your vehicle. As for the regular maintenance itself, all the visits were bad experience. I did not get to find a good value for the money paid. Furthermore, for simple maintenance you take a minimum a day and can reach to two days. Additionally, if you would to like to change/add extra speciation, you will receive that answer we do not know if it can be done and we need to contract Germany. Also, when you are being served by one representative and you ask him about something that is not in his area of expertise, he does not go and ask/get what you request. He will tell you to go get inline again for a different representative that can provide the answer. As for the dealer: the dealer does provide some but not all models. All the models provided with a pre-conflagration which are limited in specifications. If you are planning to buy something with unavailable configuration it will take around 6 months to receive your vehicle. Overall, for money that will spend on the car and its maintenance, it is a waste of your money. “The best or nothing” I guess they literally mean it.

  This is the service section. Showroom was fine. Overpriced, rude, unreliable. Bring in your car with one problem, it'll come out with at least one more problem. Of course they'll tell you they do don't do anything. Inept--mounted a shark fin antenna backwards and left globs of paint. Service representative didn't even come out to go over what work was done after they did a huge job. He just handed me the receipt and said the keys are in car.
