  The staff friendly. Rooms too small, room service - TERRIBLE. Restaurant - Looks like a Military Mess. Food - Salad with dried up lettuce, Tomatoes half smudgy. and dried up. Juices and drinks NOT cooled. Management - speaks only Arabic and NOBODY seems to be Responsible. For a 3* Hotel - The WORST I've seen anywhere during my Travels throughout the World. Its a great PITY that such a Hotel exists in SAUDI ARABIA. A SHAME. 😈😈😈

  It's clean, affordable and close to the Haram (albeit a mountain of stairs leading to the sanctuary road)

  Salam alaikum, the hotel is about 650 meters from haram gate 25 of mawra, clean with correct standards, not really made for old people because about fifty steps component the stair which leads to the hotel as in the picture, think about it because even for me its became hard after few days of go-return betwen haram and hotel, hoping this helps you and the All Might GOD bless you and accepts your omra and Haj, Peace from algeria,
