  Very nice place for dinner , all of your stress where go with that sweat background songs , very nostalgic place .

  One of the best hotels in jeddah. Heck maybe it is one of the best hotels in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia period. The staff are friendly and very professional and they go out of their way to get things done and help you in every way possible. The rooms are quite roomy and comfortable. No complaints there. The cleanliness and hygiene are top notch. The architecture is very unique and like no other. It gives the vibes of medieval castles but with a modern twist. All in all this was a great experience and I highly recommend it for any one who is trying to have a great time.

  I just live this place. Food quality is below average. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice gym, cool swimming pool.

  Nice place. The coordination of services needs improvement. They are equipped to do much better. Nice food. Good rooms. Elevators are outdated. Just a bit more attention and they can be much more desirable. Not bad all in all.

  The Hotel is my favourite one in Jeddah. I feel home whenever I stay in. The staff are great and friendly, very cooperative and supportive. Very pleasant and good natured and very curious to make you satisfied and happy. I have been associated with this hotel for more than 12 years now and I have seen change in the management and the staff, I must say that although these changes but the services is improving all the time and the rating is from better to the best. Having said that I would like to highlight that the management must strictly inform customers to follow and abide the rules of the hotel such no smoking and disturbance and noise during nights. This is no fault of the hotel but I believe strict awareness can be influenced to guests. Many thanks to all the staff and the very distinguished hospitality and unique restaurant. See you soon..
