::This is a customer service branch for the company, where you could complain about your water bill, if you think the monthly bill is too high, or if (for example) you live in an apartment complex, but they counted your bill as if you live in an apartment complex and so on, any how, this office has a poor service, you com to them having 2 issues, but they solve only one, which will take aroun 20 days then you need to complain and they (might) solve the second one in another 20 days.
