  It is a beautiful place to live but service is pretty bad. They have like 3 room service people and cleaning people for whole hotel which is around 150 rooms. Location of the hotel is also pretty awkward to haram. it’s not much far and not much close so texi won’t even pick you up until you give them around 40 Saudi currency and that is bit a lot if you have to go 3-5 times everyday. They have a bus system but it’s not the best.

  جيد ونظافة جيدة وليس ببعيد عن الحرم ممكن مشي عبر النفق والاسعار بالتخفيضات جدا مناسبة بس لااحد يأخذ غرفة على الشارع العام وخاصة للذي نومه خفيف لانه مزعج جدا اصوات السيارات والاليات
