::Queen's building is a well known landmark in the heart of downtown Jeddah. It's among the tallest buildings in Jeddah. It's a commercial building, the lower floors house retail outlets of many popular brands. The floors above have corporate offices. Parking in the basement is reserved and is not open for visitors.

::Queens building is one of the oldest and used to be one of the tallest buildings in Jeddah until the late 2000s. It's ground, 1st & 2nd floors are mostly various branded outlets and stores. The rest of the remaining floors are mostly high end offices along with few high end residential lettings.
