  The room I was staying was leaking from the roof of the kitchen for 2 days during rain in Dammam. WC was not functioning. After 2 days it was fixed. Except for the 3 seater sofa in the hall, there were no other chairs to sit. But for SR. 200 / Day, I can't expect anything better.
