  The facilities are not that great. Even when reported there was a delay in repairing the plumbing which caused many inconveniences.

  Worst hotel among the Ramada chain. Poor management of facility. Housekeeping was not done properly, when enquired it was informed that for 3 floors only one housekeeping staff was appointed!! No wonder why my rooms and toilets were not cleaned properly at the time of check-in. Only plus point about this property is that it's just 2 min walking distance from Haram (behind movenpick)
