  Good hotel. Close to Masjid around 5 minuets walk to gate 15.

  Worst hotel. Really bad service, claim to be a 5* but is actually 1/2 star. Dont bother booking. The hotel management dont care about the service they provide. Under new management who obly care about money and claim false rating for hotel. When we got to the hotel we were given a key card and that's it, no mention of anything else. The room hadnt been cleaned when we got in, there sre these white little insects that you can see on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom was so small, it was hard to get off the toilet without your clothes touching the toilet seat/toilet and making it dirty. It seemed almost like someone checked out and we were checked in straight after. They put an extra bed into a 2 bedroom room to class it as a triple, which meant we had no place to put any luggage and were on top of one another. We had a cold shower because we hadn't been told there's a switch right in front of the toilet which you have to turn on to make the water warm. Asked for drinking water and towels and extra cup 3/4 times, didnt receive it from housekeeping, the guy who bought our suitcases up bought it to us because he knew how annoyed we were. Asked about breakfast at reception as there was no mention of it, was told its not included when our booking form clearly stated it was. Had to contact the travel agent who contacted the hotel who then realised they had made a mistake and breakfast was included. We complained to the travel agent and arranged for the room to be changed, even then the hotel manager asked for our reasons, i stated the service is terrible many times and the room was awful!! He didnt apologise but just asked one of the staff to take us to another room to show us. The room has been cleaned once whilst we were there, even then was only because we asked for itto be done. Worst experience and worst hotel. Given the Ramada group a really bad name. Would never book with any ramada again and would always advise others not to. Breakfast was absolutely terrible, we were going hungry every morning so chose not to bother and get our own breakfast from outside, waste of money!!
