  Worst Hotel & Transport Ever. Use Abusive Language with guests, old age people and always wrong information. They give you Nibras Transport Service for Makkah to Madina and Jeddah Airport. Always wake you up and ask you to leave hotel before 20 hours. I have got the picture of the bus and hotel. The name of the Drive of Nibras bus was "ASAD". They use abusive , sexual language infront womens, kids. and shout at the passengers. I would never suggest use this service if you going from Pakistan or from UK. Their agents are in Lahore and UK. i had worst experience ever. Makkah and Madina are the best places in the world but these people make your visits worst by giving very poor services of transport and Hotel stay.

  Worst Hotel I’ve ever experienced. The transport service they arranged have rudest bus drivers , abuse families and don’t respect elders. I would not suggest have this hotel and Nibras Transport Service. If your flight is next day in the evening they will pick you up 24 hours before from your hotel and will drop you least 20 hours before at airport.

  Its comparatively better place. Management is requested to look after hygiene n cleanliness little more. Almost 1000 mtrs from Haram. Rooms are bit smaller n same goes for bath rooms and toilets. Min 3 lifts required to be installed.

  Very Beautiful hotel and good service it is near to Masjid Al Haram the hotel has free Wi-Fi

  Nice hotel with clean rooms. After the famous and big 5-Star hotels, it is one of the closest hotel from Haram. Right next to the famous "kabootar" pigeon chowk.
