  Samba or The Saudi American Bank is well-known bank in KSA with headquarters in Riyadh. The customer support service offered by this bank is not at all helpful. The basic requirement for a customer service representative is to assist its customers in answering their queries with regards to its products and services and to respond to its customers questions. I have visited this branch more than 5 times but still my complain remains unsolved. They asked me to contact their telephone service which offered no help to me.

  Best bank in Saudi, but this branch location is very poor, hope that they plan to relocate to a better place.
