No system for token or printed number just come and ask for istamara line then stand there ...hand over old istamara only no other document are required.   the place is not very crowded it was less organized than expected the site of ministry of interior helped too too much to reduce suffering of completing papers and come many visits they are somewhat fast i stayed there about 15 min to print my license 10 min of them to find the place to apply and the write window to receive the time wasted in standing in the wrong row as the window of receiving license of persons differ from license of vehicles so ask first before standing as there is no obvious marks
