::Had an appointment at 9 pm and the doctor didn't show up till 11 pm. She was late and not only rude to me but to her staff. She claims that she told the staff to make all book appointments after 11 pm. However the staff members were not aware of such claim. Furthermore, when I asked the reception about the doctor around 9:30 pm I was told that they call her and she was on the way. She showed up, didn't apologize and was favoring some patient that has a booking after me. She went to him and he went to her office before me. When I told her that I was here first and that other patient is after me, she just ignored me. How rude !!!!
