  Unprofessional employees, playing with their phones and not serving customers. They don't have respect, I don't recommend any body to try them.

  Today I have submitted my case for Turkish Visa and I must say that Wafa and Zahwa two ladies who were handling Turkish Visa cases were highly professional and well mannered. They quickly processed my case and informed me that the visa stamping will take from 5-7 weeks. Now I hope that they fulfill their commitment of 5-7 weeks. I also visited Amaani Travels, Al Tayyar Travels and Al Fifa Travels all of them were waste of time and told me that 9 weeks are too less for visa processing so they can't handle the case.

  Bad service... 2 representatives are handling 50 customers. Seems they don't take their customers seriously. Will not recommend to anyone

  Turkish visa for my wife. Lady handling the desk was very professional and helpful. Visa arrived on time with the minimum of fuss. 4 stars because they don't pick up phone lines stated on website.
