  Service is good and hotel is cheap, however there's a serious need for extensive renovation of the facility. Most things are very old

  It's an old building but they renewed it with news paint and lighting, there is only one elevator. Rooms are small. I stayed here few times and I find all rooms almost same size. If you want cheap rent like 100 SAR per night then this hotel is good.
