  It takes too long for checking in even if you book online. They don’t give you anything even the water. Very bad parking and it’s smelly (stinky) There is no place for charging your phones in the rooms. Will not give you an invoice even if you ordered. It’s difficult to get the wifi password from the reception because they don’t know the English letters.

  1. One of the staff insulting women visitor, 2. internet is really BAD, 3. dont hope that they will serve you complimentary mineral water and coffee sugar and tea everyday, even you stay there for pretty long time, unless they just give you only once when you come... so, be prepare 4. Once you want to check in, even you have booked it online, They will handle the ARAB people first and put you in the very last line of queue, and make you wait for hours before check in😏

  Nice low fair hotel. Less parking space available. 2 minutes walk to Haram. Wiifii available.
