::I fell ill the whole time so I can't comment on the food because I wasn't eating anything. When we got our hotel room, it was as if it hasn't been cleaned from the previous people staying as there were crumbs on the floor. If wifi is something important to you as it is to me (I was researching various Islamic related things during my stay which stopped/significantly reduced in Madinah due to this hotel), then this may not be the hotel for you. There is only wifi in the reception area and doesn't reach your rooms. I also found that most commonly it would stop working during salah time but there were other times when it won't work either for no apparent reason. On a more positive note, the rooms were nice and of a nice size. I like that at least my room had a desk area so there was somewhere nice to sit. However, the bathrooms aren't brightly lit and the darker walls don't help that. The bathroom was fairly small and the lack of light made me feel uncomfortable showering. I don't mean to be critical, but this is what I remember from my experience.
