  Wish there were minus stars that I could give. It was supposed to be a three star hotel but it is totally overrated. The hotel needs lot of maintenance..lobby is shabby and dirty and the rooms are equally pathetic. I think people stay here out of compulsion not by choice. The room was very small for four persons and toilet was dirty and unclean. There were no hangers but a wrapping string. No toilet paper and housekeeping even. My complaint went to deaf ears and nothing was done to improve.

  This hotel is the closest hotel to the haram in the Misfalah area (for now) until the construction on the new buildings nearby are complete.
