  The worst bank ever in human history.. They make you wait for at least 45 minutes to get your card updated.. اسوء بنك في تاريخ البشرية.. يخلونك تنتظر على اقل تقدير ٤٥ دقيقة عشان تحدث بطاقتك

  I once visited the bank and was an unfortunate victim of bad customer service,I complained the following day.I was really surprised how well they took note of the complaints and critisicism. I am really glad in my other visits to the bank never had I to face the same problems. This management of this bank is a true reflection on how they treat customers as always the king and good customer service as the foundation blocks of a great and strong organization.
