  Bad service and bad attitude to say the least. I went to complain about my acrylic nails. Less than a week and all 10 nails started to come off. I expected to be dealt with in a pleasant, professional way but I was interrogated with and eventually the manager said “fine we’ll do it but don’t comeback a week later and ask for ANOTHER refill” like Out of the goodness of her heart she charitably agreed to give me a 250 SR acrylic refill. How rude and obnoxious behavior. Plus the atmosphere is so unwelcoming and the Arab ladies working there are off putting. For acrylic refills I have to stay there for a couple of hours and sometimes 3 hours so I observed extremely unprofessional people especially an elderly lady treating the Philippino ladies as if they’re her maids. She was yelling and being harsh while going through inventory and bills so loud and in public. Weird. I wouldn’t go there again and I would not recommend people going there either. P.S: the reason I’m writing this is because my acrylic nails are coming off again:) سوء في الخدمة والتعامل. رحت اشتكي من أظافر الأكريليك. أقل من أسبوع وبدأت كل الاطافر ال١٠ تتخلع. كنت أتوقع التعامل معايا بطريقة محترفة ومهنية ولكن تم استجوابي ، وفي النهاية قالت المديرة "طيب حنسويها، بس لا ترجعي بعد أسبوع و تبغي تعبيها تاني" على أساس انها بتبقشش عليا. وقاحة الصراحة. ياريت الجو حلو في الصالون نقول هاه، خاصة الحريم العرب ما يحسسوك انه مرحب بيك. عشان اعمل الأكريليك ، لازم اقعد هناك ساعتين وأحيانًا 3 ساعات لذلك لاحظت أشخاصًا غير مهنيين للغاية وخاصة ست كبيرة في السن تعامل السيدات الفلبينيات كانهم خادمات لها. كانت تتكلم بقسوة أثناء المرور بالمخزون والفواتير بصوت عالٍ وعام. غريبين. ما حاروح هناك تاني ، ولا أنصح اي احد يروح.

  The place was terrible. I went on a fairly empty day, and so I expected good service; however, I was proven wrong. The place was ridiculously hot, and no one bothered to turn on the AC even after stating my and my mother's discomfort, and the service was horrific - they offered nothing, and the staff didn't bother taking my abaya from me; I had to ask them. Now, onto my hair. I asked to get my hair dyed peach, keyword PEACH, and my hairdresser said she understood. I'd already had bleached hair, but she had to lighten it from the previous color I had. So, she bleached my hair and showed my the color she would use. IT WAS ORANGE. So, I recommended she add a drop of pink to balance it out, as I am aware of color theory. However, I did not see the rest of the process, so when I saw the end result, I saw HOT PINK\RED. Now, the lady did say that after a couple washes it would turn peach, so I washed it a couple times and it turned a lighter pink. Now, 5-6 washes after she dyed my hair, my hair is back to a striking white. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I'm also disappointed that I have to give them a star to post this. The staff was also disgustingly rude, miserable, and unfriendly. My hairdresser was also overworked, and I had to pay BEFORE I got my hair done.
