  Rude, unprofessional, they do not bother to fix their mistake and you never start on time ... neverrrr .... the lady who made my hair made me wait for more than an hour and then made a mess one side was longer than the other side because she was in a hurry ... Like really ?! That’s how you work, she even left before I pay and leave ....... Receptionist was very rude ... no body got back with a reply at least to my complain although I asked several times to talk to the owner , because talking to the manager was useless ... We all work and we all know how should we deal with clients and handle pressure ... although they weren’t under pressure on my last visit ... After years ...... sorry to say ... oriana is declining.

  Friendly , clean and neat environment. I appreciate the fact that they do a decent massage to the hands and feet while doing nail manicure and pedicure👍🏼

  I love the view but all the mani pedis are quite painful. They cut your cuticles way too much and let you walk out with wet hair after a cut. Not even a semi dry.
