  Rooms were clean. Service was good. Food (especially the breakfast) was absolutely amazing. Friendly staff members. Infact they called when something was forgotten on the room and kept it on a safe till we came to take it back. Overall great hotel.

  Don't waste time looking for hotels in Madinah and just go ahead with a booking at Pullman Zamzam. The hotel will exceed your expectations in all aspects. Received a phone call from them PRIOR to my stay asking whether I need any further assistance or special requests ! The staff is well trained especially reception staff. 24 hours service with the same best quality .. Really enjoyed my three day stay.

  Brilliant service. Superb food.Nice sized rooms. Well located for men.Women enterence is abit far. However there is a shuttle service for women. The drivers for the shuttle service need to be more efficient though my wife waited 20 minutes for the driver while seated in the bus only to find the driver chatting to one his friends. Besides that the hotel is hot stuff Would recommend and will definitely be back

  An excellent hotel with a great location, very close and within walking distance from prophet Mohammed mosque and Albaqee cemetery. Rooms and suites are very large, clean and well decorated. Bathrooms are clean and with good size. Breakfast is outstanding with many delicious selections. Staff are helpful and also the hotel provides free barking.

  Fancy hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Close to Haram (a minute or two). The hotel is quite large. Depending on you room, try using the closest exit/elevators rather than going through lobby all the time.
