  residential hotel in close area of Masjid Al Heram. Best place for Stay here in Hajj & Umrah Time. this place situated in font of no.4 gate.

  very close to Masjid Enabawi .. but a bit expensive

  Very near to the Almasjid, cheap price, avarage hotel but pro's outweighs cons

  First: bed sheet are not clean. Blood spot and some other dirty spots. Second: the washroom wasn't clean and I request them to clean it up and the answer was this is the best we can do. Third: the front desk don't have enough information about what's around. For example: I dialed 0 from my room to ask where is the nearest laundry to the hotel? The front office agent replied, you can go outside and ask. ((Bad customer service)). Fourth: there is no WI-FI in the room. Good thing about the hotel is the air condition.
