  The worst ever !! They asked me to pay extra money for services I did not ask for!!! She was really rude and she considered my hair as a medium length even though i had a boy cut !!!! I should rates it as 0 and I will never forgive them for the money they took from me . ياريتني قرأت مِن البدايه التعليقات ورحت لصالوناتي المفضله زي منه سنتر واوريانا قمة الاحترام! فالمشغل تعامل جدا مستفز .. اخذو مني فلوس على خدمات ماطلبتها وما اكتشفت الا وقت الدفع! وزياده على كده أخذت مني فلوس على أساس شعري طولي متوسط وهوا اصلن شعري فوق الإذن! وحتى لمن كلمت الاستقبال ووريتها شعري قالت طيب وراحت تكلمها انو شعري مره قصير قالتلها لا في ناس بيجو شعرهم اقصر من كده! قمة الاستخفاف واصلا عندهم ورقه توري أطوال الشعر وانا شعري يعتبر اقصرمن القصير حقهم!! بس الله فوقهم

  Services were with Ranya and Thuraya. Ranya was excellent in terms of service and timing and a very positive attitude. Thuraya, I waited for client after client to come before me because their services were easier (trims..etc). After attempting to leave, they started doing my hair. I came before 7pm for my appointment, and I started color 1 hour and a half later. All this took so long, it was almost 10pm when I finished and I just wanted to go home. When I went to the reception to wait for my car with my wet hair. Thuraya came and insisted I come back and dried my hair. She was very nice and apologetic but the whole experience was horrible for me. They have no respect for other people's time and I will NOT return to that place again, This was my second experience, and both times, the wait was unbearable.

  The result was nice make up wise but they have no respect for appointments, go early and you'll finish earlier

  It's very crowded and they don't go by the appointment ( had a appointment at 4 but got my hair done at 7 ) not organized but the stylists and staff are very good
