::On the way for my first visit, my husband asked me why I'm going to a place with such bad reviews on the internet and I told him that I didn't believe they could all be correct as Tony and Guy have specific global standards to keep. However, I was wrong. I asked for the top qualified person and paid for the top person but got someone who didn't care less. mistakes made in both colour and cut. Never ever experienced someone care so little about what they are doing. Tony & Guy, you seriously need to sort this out.

::Very disappointed by the manicurist, French manicure is not for everyone to do however she was persistent on proving she has great experience in the industry. The outcome of her work was hands down one of the worst manicures I've gotten in Jeddah. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

::Excellent colour knowledge, I am from Australia and visit salons around the world and can say they are very good. I have blonde hair and they really listen and do an excellent colour. I fully recommend.

::I was really disappointed with my visit, I have been to Toni and Guy before in the US and this branch is nothing compare to that. They kept changing the price. And I ended up getting a much darker color than I wanted. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, they offered me a blow dry. Like seriously?! I oh and did I mention that the worker who was washing my hair not gentle at all, she strongly was pulling my hair the whole time. thought I would make this my usual spot but after this I won't go there anymore. I hope they read these comments and changes thing to better. It's sad they are ruining the reputation of Toni & Guy. للأسف الخدمة كانت سيئة و كلامهم ملخبط، وكل شويا سعر و في الأخير ما يطّلع اللون الي اتفقتو عليه. الي يشتغلو من غير نفس كانت راح تقطع شعري وهيا تغسله. صراحة شوهو سمعة المحل، المحل في أمريكا أفضل بكثير.

::I used to go to Toni & Guy in UK and was more than happy with their services over there. So when they opened in Jeddah I decided to try them. I went to colour my hair and asked for ammonia-free hair colouring, as regular hair colours with ammonia burn my scalp. The hair colourist assured me that the brand she is using is ammonia-free. the colour was burning all the time it was on my hair. I later searched the brand name of the dye she used to discover that it is Not ammonia-free! so either she lied or she did not care to learn about her products. also, I was not satisfied with the end result as my hair turned much darker than the colour I asked for. Either way, she obviously doesn't care about the safety of their customers and therefore will not use their services again.
