  Location is a little away from shops and malls. But very good residential area. Compound is very nice with a lot of facilities. Supermarket for groceries is available within the compound. Overall very good and attractive area for families.

  Very nice compound and fancy houses for Abdullah Foad's employees. I go there for the preschool they have (Kindervalley). Very nice place and my daughter loves it.

  New villas, very good recreation center with sauna, gym, swimming pool, bowling, tennis, squash, etc. What is missing - backyard for houses, trees, and very small playground
