::Alhamdulillah, hotel ini bisa memberikan apa yang kami mau. Ibadah nyaman, dekat masjid, tidur nyaman, makan enak, hidup tentram disini. Umroh jadi lebih fokus. Tidak keteteran mikirij laundry, mikirin beli makan, mikirin transportasi buat ke masjid. Enak lah pokoknya. Kapan-kapan saya semoga bisa kesini lagi.

::Awesome Location. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Great rooms and nice ambience and decor. Upmarket and up to date. Nice WiFi and free too. Nice and clean bathrooms with abundant supplies of toiletries. Wheelchair friendly. They have wheelchairs too. But i would recommend you guys to book them in advance. Can get a bit crowded sometimes but then you can not complain. One of the best breakfast spreads I've ever seen. Nice and courteous staff. Clean and up market Restaurant. Met Chef Mr. Hakim there. A very good human being. Committed to serving the Hajis with all humility and utmost respect. All in all a great experience in the greatest place on earth. Salam :)

::Mecca a place of worship peace and respect. A place where we come to worship Allah and be kind and gentle with His people. My stay at The Rotana Ramada unfortunately wasn’t respectful or peaceful. As mentioned in the website it’s a 5 star property but has no qualities of one. We had multiple issues with towels, electricity and door issues. On top of all that, This morning during my 4 day stay, a security guard was rude to one of of female companions. She was sitting outside the breakfast place( which opens at 6am as instructed by the reception). He insisted that the female leave that area with a strong voice. When she asked where the toilet was he asked for proof that she was a guest at the hotel. In her return he still insisted that she leave. She said breakfast opens at 6am she will enter the area at 6am. A kind Arabic female ( hotel guest) also waiting patiently assisted the female. I would just like to add that The HOTEL needs to understand customer service. They should do all what’s possible to facilitate the stay. Lastly wanted to add that the hotel should hire people who are qualified to be guest service manager. The lady we met had not the slightest idea how to handle guests. She on the other hand totally blamed the whole thing on us. I personally would NOT recommend this property to anyone.

::the room is good, room service too. but the bath room and toilet is rather small i think. also, i suggest that far east buffet has more variations in food. overall, i love to be there, but sorry, only 4 stars (fot now). i hope i can visit again later
