  Its location itself is amazing and the beat part is even if your a bit late for your prayers in Masjid al harm you can pray in your room itself as it has got speakers inside each room, lobby and even the reception you can adjust the speaker in the room by using a nob which is there just behind the bed in each room there is a prayer room also where I think it is a place you must pray at least once because you can get an amazing look of the beautiful exterior of the Masjid al Harm. And after all this if you want to have something to eat even at night 3AM you can just use the escalators go down and all the restaurants shops and everything will be open and you can have a quick bite the price are average but if you are travelling from a GCC country then it's cheaper comparatively. And about the rooms they are a bit smaller compared to any other ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel in the world and there are less services as well but overall you can have a good time here. 👍😉

  Closed to gate 1 of Masjidil Haram and at basement there are a lot of store so youdont have to look far for what you need. Room in spacey, clean and the power outlet fits with Indonesian power.

  Location is excellent. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms are small. Cleaning staff is good.

  The only positive is location, rest are not up to the mark. Bathroom, Beds, cleanliness, room service are below standard. Reception service is far slow. No proper arrangement for water drainage in bathroom due to which it is always waterlogged and it is too small even for a big quadruple room.

  Literally “VERY BAD HOTEL”. How the hell this hotel ranked 5 stars. The only advantage is its location. The rooms can be compared to a 3 stars hotels and the bed is not comfortable at all. The mattresses are the aged ones where you can feel the springs in your back and has a very noisy sound when you move a bit. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
