::The food in restaurant is not enough for all guests. No backup food. The guests always worry about the food after shalah in Al Haram. Some bathroom appliance are not working.

::The hotel only got 4 elevators so i had to wait a little bit long to get to my room. It's not a bad place, not too shabby... the quad room is too small to accommodate 4 persons, the bathroom is dirty and there's not enough space to put 4 persons stuffs and luggages.
